We all went on a service trip together and bonded through supporting each other and genuinely caring about one another 🙂

All my closest friends seem to just be friends with me because I get them Juul pods.

Well, I don’t really have a group of “best friends”, I just have a large social circle and know a lot of people but they all seem to have their own close friend groups that don’t include me.

What’s your role among the friend groups you hang out with?

I focus on showing how much I care for the people I’m with and making them feel supported, and they often show the same in return, leading to a strong friendship.

I always offer to do things for people so that I appear useful and they’ll keep wanting me around.

I make people laugh and am the “fun guy” to be around and go out with, and I know people generally enjoy having me around, but no one I’m with ever takes an interest beyond surface-level and it’s clear they don’t genuinely care about me as much as they do other people.

What do you and your friends usually talk about?

We discuss our insecurities and thoughts on life and friendship, in order to try and understand each other on a deeper and more caring level.

My friends tell me stuff like “Can you call the uber?” and “You need to be sober contact this weekend.”

I guess when I think about it my friends usually are having conversations with each other while I’m just there, but I often jump in with comments that they all find funny so that’s usually my contribution.

In one word, describe how you feel after hanging out with your friends?
