How to Break Up With Your Significant Other Before Add/Drop Ends
As students across campus begin their second week of classes, many will be taking advantage of the add/drop period to make some final changes to their schedules. Whether you’re a freshman looking to secure the perfect professors for your first major classes, a senior looking for an “easy-A” elective, or Katie finally deciding to dump that douchebag Garrett, add/drop is crucial to making the rest of the semester go smoothly.
Luckily for BC students, Student Services and the Advising Center have a number of resources to help you find the perfect professors, classes, or help you decide whether or not Garrett’s reluctance to meet your parents is an indicator of much deeper commitment and intimacy issues.
Thankfully, all students have access to the UIS program to make changes to their schedule at any time during add/drop. This can be useful for making any last minute course changes, hopping into full classes as spots open up, or messaging Garrett because you saw him shotgunning a Whiteclaw on Kyle’s Snap story after he specifically texted you that he was “taking it easy” and “probably going to bed early.”
Good luck with those second semester schedules, BC!
