Sandwich Bursts Into 21st Century
“It’s incredible!” yelled one student.
“Holy shit! It looks so good!” praised another.
“Thenepaper.com is so fresh, yo! 10/10 would bang!” yaked a freshman.
“Wassup, bitches!?” said The Sandwich, spokesman for The New England Classic. “I have arrived!”
At 5:09 PM on Tuesday, September 23rd, 2014, The New England Classic emerged into the digital world, known as thenewenglandclassic.com. Thenewenglandclassic.com was conceived in McElroy Dining Hall, and we sincerely hope this was the first and last thing ever conceived in Mac.
This website will be used to further The New England Classic’s pursuit of journalistic domination over the Boston College community and world as a whole.
“I’m sick and tired of hearing about The Heights,” said The Sandwich. “Around since 1919 my ass! Their paper is so professional looking. and they have so much student involvement. It makes me sick, honestly. And don’t even get me started about their funding. What, do they think newspapers just grow on trees? This shit is expensive to print!”
“Apparently there’s another newspaper on campus called The Gavel? If you have heard of this publication and have information about it, please Tweet us information about them, @theneclassic. We’d love to know about them, because as of now, we don’t know all too much. I’ve been too busy reading The Torch.” said The Sandwich.
“Like I said, we won’t stop until we run the journalistic world!”
Can’t stop, won’t stop.
